Scott oversees Arbor for all business and field operations. He is responsible for business development, land acquisition, due diligence, project entitlements, government approvals, purchasing, management and supervision of all construction operations,sales, marketing, and warranty.

Chief Operating Officer, SummerHill Homes

Responsibilities included land acquisition, development, purchasing, construction, sales, marketing and warranty for all communities throughout the Bay Area. Managed staff of over 80 employees to build 250-300 homes annually with revenues in excess of $300 million.

President of Northern California, Taylor Morrison Homes

In charge of growing the division into one of the most profitable in the company worldwide. Responsibilities included all land acquisitions and entitlements, development, construction, purchasing, sales, marketing and warranty throughout the Bay Area. Managed staff of over 60 employees to build 250-300 homes annually with revenues in excess of $200 million.

Vice President of Operations, Ryland Homes Northern California Division

Responsible for entitlements, development, purchasing, construction and warranty operations throughout all of Northern California (Bay Area and Sacramento). Managed over 50 employees to build 400+ homes annually with revenues in excess of $200 million.

Purchasing Manager, Shea Homes Northern California Division

Responsible for all budgeting, purchasing and requisitioning of labor and materials for all of its Northern California operations, most notably Silver Creek Country Club in San Jose.

Customer Service Representative, KB Home South Bay Division (During College)

Responsible for customer service, model maintenance, and laborer duties throughout many of its Bay Area communities.
